Claims Service Representative

Job Summary

To support the claim initiation process, the full-time Claims Service Representative will independently manage routine assignments, serve as a direct point of contact for claimants, and ensure a positive service experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate routine claims and provide efficient service by gathering information and reviewing documentation
• Research and resolve routine claimant inquiries while adhering to departmental quality and service standards
• Document claimant interactions and maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Minimum Required)
• 0 - 1+ years of general experience (Required)
