Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claim Settlement Supervisor to oversee claims processing and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve claim issues while providing training and coaching to staff
- Ensure adequate staffing and monitor claim system efficiency and accuracy
- Audit claim processes and validate decisions made by technicians
Required Qualifications
- Three years of customer service or claims resolution experience
- Comprehensive understanding of claim programs and service agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge to team members
- Strong time and productivity management skills
