Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist for a contract position, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow written procedures and scripts while consulting with team leadership on case work
• Utilize proprietary software tools for claim document review, data entry, and escalations
• Communicate with claimants and draft claimant-facing communications based on provided guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Professional degree or equivalent experience
• Basic math knowledge
• Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Extensive experience in claims handling
