Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Based - Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claims and payments using the claims management dashboard, resolving exceptions as needed
• Ensure accurate submission and processing of facility claims and funding claims to appropriate payers
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies while communicating with team leads and clients

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a client-facing role
• 2+ years of medical billing and collections experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to remain organized amidst multiple interruptions
• Demonstrated success in time management to meet project timelines and client deadlines
