Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims for various Employer benefit plans, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and employer-specific rules.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily claims accurately, including all FSA claim types and claim appeals
• Determine eligibility and ensure workload priorities and turnaround times are met
• Collaborate with Claims Supervisors to develop and improve processes and procedures

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims processing or a related field
• Knowledge of IRS regulations and employer benefit plans
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing
