Job Summary

Working on a contract basis for over six months, the Claims Specialist will manage the full range of claims and correspondence, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities
  • Follow written procedures and scripts to process claims
  • Utilize proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents and enter claim decisions
  • Create escalations as needed to meet internal and external client expectations
Required qualifications
  • Experience in claims processing or a related field
  • Familiarity with proprietary software tools for claims management
  • Ability to follow written procedures and scripts accurately
  • Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus
