Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Claims Specialist will follow written procedures, utilize proprietary software to manage claim documents, and communicate with claimants while ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with team leadership on case work and follow established procedures
• Access and review claim documents, enter decisions, and escalate issues as needed
• Draft communications for claimants and verify data processing requirements
