Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working onsite as a contract Claims Specialist, the candidate will manage claims and correspondence, ensuring compliance with departmental standards while utilizing proprietary software tools and demonstrating strong critical thinking and data entry skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow written procedures and scripts to process claims and correspondence
• Utilize proprietary software to review claim documents and enter claim decisions
• Communicate obstacles to leadership and meet departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity

Required qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written English language skills
• Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing data
• Previous experience in operations or document review is preferred
