Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Specialist will manage the review and processing of claims for various Employer benefit plans, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and employer-specific rules.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process all FSA claim types and determine eligibility using available resources
• Handle claim appeals and troubleshoot software issues as needed
• Collaborate with Claims Supervisors to develop new processes and assist with operational functions

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims processing or a related field
• Knowledge of IRS regulations and employer benefit plans
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with software troubleshooting
• Proven track record of meeting turnaround times and prioritizing workload
