Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service, the full-time remote Claims Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, create and review claims, and facilitate the repair process for furniture while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer and retailer inquiries throughout the claims process, including determining coverage and authorizing services
  • Review and monitor open claims, proactively following up to facilitate claim closure
  • Provide guidance on the retailer portal and process inbound calls, documenting updates and required follow-up actions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Successful completion of existing training related to claims processing
  • Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and changes in the work environment
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in claims management
