Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist (HOA & D&O).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in HOA and D&O specialty areas
• Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough analysis and investigations
• Negotiate settlements and interact with various parties involved in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required
• Prior experience in applicable specialty claims area or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Must be willing to obtain all necessary licenses as stated by the manager
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
