Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months' customer service experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent education/experience
  • 6-12 months' claims adjusting experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
