Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and the claims process, including explaining coverage and addressing inquiries
- Investigate claims by gathering evidence and assessing liability through various communication methods
- Analyze and manage moderate bodily injury claims, collaborating with legal counsel and other departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent education/experience
- 6-12 months of claims adjusting experience preferred
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
