Claims Specialist II

Job Summary

Guiding customers through the claims process, the full-time remote Claims Specialist II will investigate and process claims for vehicle and property damage, as well as moderate bodily injury claims, while providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review and explain coverage details and the claims process to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Gather evidence and assess facts of loss through various communication methods, including reviewing law enforcement reports
• Analyze medical records and negotiate settlements for moderate bodily injury claims, coordinating with legal counsel as necessary

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6 months' customer service experience in a high-volume work environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-12 months' claims adjusting experience preferred
• Prior experience working in a remote environment is a plus
