Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Claims Specialist Lead - NY, TX, FL, CA Licensed will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex general liability claims while mentoring lower-level adjusters and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, negotiating settlements with involved parties
• Document claim activity efficiently and coach lower-level adjusters in the claims process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjusters' licenses in NY, FL, TX, and CA
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
