Job Summary

Claims Specialist Level 1 is a full-time position responsible for accurately processing new claims requests and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process standard claims accurately and within service level agreements (SLA)
  • Maintain detailed claim documentation and provide high-quality customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims processing, preferably in a call center
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
