Job Summary
Claims Specialist Level 1 is a full-time position responsible for accurately processing new claims requests and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process standard claims accurately and within service level agreements (SLA)
- Maintain detailed claim documentation and provide high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims processing, preferably in a call center
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
