Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Unit Manager - Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, optimization, and execution of claims operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Partner with Claims leadership to define operational strategies and lead cross-functional projects for claims transformation
  • Supervise and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance claims operations, process management, or business strategy
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience within the claims organization
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with claims system platforms (e.g., Guidewire, SmartComm, CCC)
