Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance claims operations, process management, or business strategy
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience within the Claims organization
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives in operational transformation
