A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Subrogation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee subrogation recovery efforts and provide coaching to adjusters
• Collaborate with adjusters and stakeholders to enhance communication and workflow
• Manage complex claims while promoting teamwork and compliance with procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in Workers' Compensation and/or Commercial Auto claims subrogation
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Proven experience in negotiation and decision-making
