Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the claims area and provide technical support to staff
• Manage claims inventory to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports and analyses to drive operational excellence and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or office services required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience with defined outcomes required
• Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare preferred
