Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee the daily functions of the claims area and provide leadership support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims inventory management to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs effectively
• Monitor claims quality, identify trends, and assist in resolving complex claims issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or related office services
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience with defined outcomes required
• Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare preferred
