Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the claims team, coordinating workflow and staffing to meet productivity and quality standards
• Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring accountability for performance
• Reviews claim reports to identify trends and manages escalations to ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of medical claims processing experience or equivalent education and experience
• Thorough knowledge of processing outpatient and inpatient facility claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace plans
• Research, analysis, data entry, and auditing skills
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
• Management/leadership experience is preferred
