Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee the claims area and provide leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims inventory management to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs through reporting and load balancing
• Review and resolve complex claims, serving as a point of escalation for issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or related office services
• Previous supervisory experience with defined outcomes
• Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare preferred
