Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Leader to oversee claims processing operations and lead a team of Reimbursement Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reimbursement Specialists, ensuring strong performance and accountability
• Oversee daily claims processing activities to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with standards
• Manage outsourced claims processing vendors to ensure alignment with internal standards and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in claims processing or reimbursement operations, preferably in benefits administration or healthcare
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role with the ability to develop teams
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication and IRS regulations
• Experience managing outsourced vendors or offshore teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting with strong analytical skills
