Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Claims Supervisor is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing healthcare claims operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing performance metrics while leading a team of claims professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily claims operations and ensure achievement of KPIs and client deliverables
• Maintain ownership of account-level KPIs, analyze trends, and implement performance improvement plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing concerns and ensuring operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience
• Prior supervisory experience managing production teams
• Strong experience with healthcare payer operations and claims workflows
• Experience in client relationship management and operational KPI ownership
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience required
