Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the Claims Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support claims staff to ensure accuracy and productivity while adhering to processing guidelines
• Monitor inventory, turnaround times, and workflow distribution to meet deadlines and service level agreements
• Create and deliver performance and operational reports to leadership while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of claims processing experience, including Medicaid, PPO, and HMO environments
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong knowledge of claims adjudication and processing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
