Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing risk/claims team, the full-time Claims Supervisor will manage claims reporting, serve as a liaison among stakeholders, and support the claims adjudication process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and manage claims reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, carriers, adjusters, and outside counsel
• Coordinate mediations, claims meetings, and maintain organized documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant claims experience
• Exposure to general liability, auto liability, specialty lines, and/or health claims
• Background within a carrier, TPA, brokerage, or corporate risk environment preferred
• Solid understanding of the claims adjudication process
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
