Job Summary

Coordinating daily activities of a claims team, the full-time Claims Supervisor will provide technical guidance, monitor workloads, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Directs the claims team to deliver services that meet customer expectations and comply with standards
  • Provides ongoing training and coaching to team members, ensuring they understand corporate policies and procedures
  • Performs quality reviews on claims to ensure compliance with audit and quality standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of claims handling experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong aptitude for understanding technical solutions and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating complex topics effectively
