Claims Supervisor
Job Summary
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the claims department, the full-time Claims Supervisor will provide technical support, manage claims inventory, and implement policies to ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely management of claims inventory in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and resolve operational gaps related to claims processing
- Monitor claims quality reviews, document results, and conduct root cause analysis for systemic issues
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, claims processing, or related office services
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with defined outcomes
- Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare is preferred
