Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing claims processing workflows and staff performance, the full-time Claims Supervisor will manage daily operations, support team members, and ensure timely and accurate claims processing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly oversee Claims staff and manage claims processing workflows and queue management
• Train and mentor team members while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in resolving aged claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of claims processing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial insurance terminology
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
