Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to handle diverse caseloads efficiently
- Guide the team in adhering to Gallagher's Best Practices for claims management
- Oversee adjuster hiring and training, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Prior leadership experience with at least 2 years in a claims environment
- Knowledge of Federal Defense Base Act and/or Longshore jurisdiction
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
