A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor for Commercial Auto Small BI/PD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in handling claims according to best practices
• Oversee adjuster hiring, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Claims background in Auto BI/PD
• Prior leadership experience of 5+ years
