Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Claims Supervisor - Ohio Licensed will oversee the investigation and resolution of commercial auto property damage claims, manage team development, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team handling high-volume, low-severity commercial auto property damage claims, including coaching and training new members
• Maintain an active inventory of claims, ensuring compliance with best practices and timely resolution across multiple jurisdictions
• Foster collaboration with divisional contacts and vendors to enhance claims processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in commercial auto property damage claims
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto claims processes, coverage, compliance, and best practices
• Experience in performance management, coaching, and team development
• Ability to operate with limited oversight and manage workflow priorities for direct reports
