Job Summary

Leading a liability claims team, the full-time Claims Supervisor - Pennsylvania Licensed will manage caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team handling various claims to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads effectively
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while overseeing adjuster hiring and training

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
• Prior leadership experience of at least 5 years
