Claims Supervisor (Preferred Licenses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a liability MCU claims team to deliver efficient service
• Guide the team to handle claims in accordance with best practices
• Manage workloads, set team goals, and enhance efficiency using technology

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Claims background with significant injury claims or litigation experience
• Prior leadership experience of 7-10 years preferred
