Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support Associate who will manage provider inquiries related to claims issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles inbound and outbound provider calls, researching and documenting issues
- Processes RCM authorization and intake changes for claims within a 48-hour timeframe
- Analyzes data to ensure compliance with claims processing guidelines and communicates errors for improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Two years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or medical terminology preferred
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, data entry, and math skills required
- Familiarity with Claims Management and URAC standards preferred
