Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Associate who will manage provider inquiries related to claims issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles inbound and outbound provider calls, researching and documenting issues
  • Processes RCM authorization and intake changes for claims within a 48-hour timeframe
  • Analyzes data to ensure compliance with claims processing guidelines and communicates errors for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Two years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or medical terminology preferred
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, data entry, and math skills required
  • Familiarity with Claims Management and URAC standards preferred
