Claims Support Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Claims Support Representative will gather medical records, communicate with policyholders, and manage claim tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather medical records and information to assess benefit eligibility
• Communicate with policyholders and respond to inquiries
• Process and manage claim tasks, including data entry and benefit disbursement

Required Qualifications

• High school degree; Associate's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in an office environment
• Insurance industry experience and familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Expert knowledge of disability insurance
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
