Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum of 1-year general office or related company experience
- Experience in a contact center or service environment is preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of department procedures and operations
