Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist responsible for providing customer service and support to the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor phone calls and gather information related to new claims
  • Field inquiries about existing claims and provide updates on their status
  • Document customer interactions and assist with minor claims resolution

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Must be customer-focused and action-oriented
  • Ability to navigate multiple claims management systems
  • Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
  • Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
