Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist responsible for providing customer service and support to the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor phone calls and gather information related to new claims
- Field inquiries about existing claims and provide updates on their status
- Document customer interactions and assist with minor claims resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Must be customer-focused and action-oriented
- Ability to navigate multiple claims management systems
- Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
- Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
