Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist responsible for providing customer service and support within the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor phone queues and handle incoming calls related to new and existing claims
  • Document information for new claims and provide updates on claim status to members
  • Assist with minor claims and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
  • Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
