Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist responsible for providing customer service and support to the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor phone queue and provide assistance for new and existing claims
  • Document information related to claims and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and expedite claims processing
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
  • Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
