Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist to provide operational support to the claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake and ensure accurate claim setup and documentation
- Review and process expense invoice payments in accordance with internal procedures and claim guidelines
- Manage and maintain ad hoc field assignment bulk spreadsheets for accurate claim routing and adjuster allocation
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Claims experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain adjuster license after hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
