Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist to provide operational support to the claims team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake and ensure accurate claim setup and documentation
  • Review and process expense invoice payments in accordance with internal procedures and claim guidelines
  • Manage and maintain ad hoc field assignment bulk spreadsheets for accurate claim routing and adjuster allocation
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
  • Claims experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to obtain adjuster license after hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
