Job Summary

Providing vital administrative and customer support, the full-time Claims Support Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely processing of claims while engaging with contract holders and repair facilities remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to claims and contract issues
  • Monitoring Teams channels and group chats for effective communication
  • Researching and resolving customer issues related to parts suppliers and inspections
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of automotive service and parts departments (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
