Job Summary
Providing vital administrative and customer support, the full-time Claims Support Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely processing of claims while engaging with contract holders and repair facilities remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to claims and contract issues
- Monitoring Teams channels and group chats for effective communication
- Researching and resolving customer issues related to parts suppliers and inspections
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of automotive service and parts departments (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
