Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the Claims Support Specialist II will handle inbound and outbound phone support, assisting customers with claims activities while ensuring a positive interaction in a fast-paced contact center setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage direct customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls
  • Support claims activities to assist the business and customers effectively
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by management
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of general office or related experience
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume phone support environment
  • General knowledge of department procedures and operations
