Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the Claims Support Specialist II will handle inbound and outbound phone support, assisting customers with claims activities while ensuring a positive interaction in a fast-paced contact center setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage direct customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls
- Support claims activities to assist the business and customers effectively
- Perform additional functions as assigned by management
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of general office or related experience
- Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume phone support environment
- General knowledge of department procedures and operations
