Job Summary

To support the Claims Department's technology initiatives, the full-time remote Claims System Business Analyst will manage business analysis, system automation projects, and ongoing system maintenance, while acting as a liaison between business needs and technology execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement within the Claims Department
  • Gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements for new and existing systems, translating them into actionable specifications for developers
  • Oversee ongoing system maintenance and support for core Claims Department platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of information systems projects and solutions
  • Working knowledge of insurance processing systems and workflows
  • Experience with AI tools, software, and best practices
  • Two to three years of prior insurance experience
