A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a team of orthodontic claims specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 7-12 claims specialists in managing insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups
• Monitor performance metrics and drive team success while ensuring adherence to claims processing best practices
• Provide coaching and mentorship, facilitate training initiatives, and promote a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in claims processing within the dental or orthodontic industry
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Ability to adapt to change and drive process improvements
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members
