Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of the Commercial General Liability adjusting staff and provide coaching and feedback
• Implement best practices for claims handling and serve as a resource for escalated claims
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and advise clients on claim trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, particularly in commercial general liability
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiency
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability in handling confidential information
