Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 12-15 claims examiners and adjusters
• Ensure compliance with client-specified guidelines and monitor productivity targets
• Collaborate on special projects, including process documentation and quality audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare claims processing experience
• Solid understanding of claims team leadership
• Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and medical terminology
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with the team
