A company is looking for a Dealer Services Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Claims Adjusters managing complex automotive repair claims
• Ensure accurate interpretation of contract coverage and proper claim adjudication
• Monitor performance metrics and drive loss cost control through validation and oversight

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims adjusting, particularly in automotive repair
• Strong understanding of Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), GAP, and Ancillary claims
• Ability to coach and train team members effectively
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with labor guides and parts pricing verification
