Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead responsible for overseeing claims operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members while promoting a culture of accountability
- Manage daily workflow, process improvements, and maintain standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with life and/or annuity products and processes
- Direct people leadership experience required
- Experience leading teams to meet quality and compliance standards in a regulated environment
- Preferred licenses include FINRA Series 6 and/or 26, and industry certifications such as FLMI or ALHC
