Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead responsible for overseeing claims operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members while promoting a culture of accountability
  • Manage daily workflow, process improvements, and maintain standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with life and/or annuity products and processes
  • Direct people leadership experience required
  • Experience leading teams to meet quality and compliance standards in a regulated environment
  • Preferred licenses include FINRA Series 6 and/or 26, and industry certifications such as FLMI or ALHC
